Precursor Recently discovered this album and have been playing it non-stop - very well produced album on all fronts and I can highly recommend it! Favorite track: Bring Me Home.

Suffstress Pure 80s worship in all the best ways. Ryan Clark, Jason Martin, and Steven Dail are three of my favorite songwriters of all time, and they delivered a flawless darkwave album in Uppers, with no shortage of great vocal hooks, killer basslines, and well-crafted synth and guitar parts. Favorite track: You Walk Alone.

Uncle Hermann On a rainy day I could keep this on repeat. Great Gothic rock. Favorite track: Church Bell.

Low & Behold is the unlikely collaboration between Jason Martin (Starflyer 59) and Ryan Clark (Demon Hunter) - now 7 years in the making. Drawing from Starflyer’s signature brand of shoe gaze, and injecting a healthy dose of 80s nostalgia, Uppers is a study in classic dark wave. Reverb-drenched guitars and haunting vocals recall a raw aesthetic of sound pioneered by groups like The Sisters Of Mercy, Depeche Mode, and Echo & The Bunnymen.
